Rene Marie Russo, an American film director and actress who was previously a supermodel, is a film director. The fight was won through a technical knockout, which occurred within three minutes of the first round. This was the first women to compete to win a title in any of the major promotions in the world. Namajunas continued to win several other fights. She also beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, which earned her Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
